During my time at Accenture at the Fjord design studio, I supported six different federal agencies through mission critical product development, for example, the Department of Education with their student loan system and the Department of Defense with their background investigation system. I lead a product and design team that worked on the entire lifecycle of these projects from initial strategy sessions and customer research to iterative product design and testing.
